We are looking for a friendly and reliable person. Your primary duties will be to transport airport passengers to and from airport parking facilities safely. We expect our drivers to be amiable, helpful, and professional at all times, assisting customers with their luggage and answering any questions they may have. You must have a valid license to operate a shuttle, a clean driving record, and the willingness to work nights and weekends. Prior shuttle bus driving experience is a plus.

New Hire will be eligible for $1000 Sign On bonus after successful completion of 90 days of active employment.

Qualifications

 

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Must possess the appropriate license with passenger endorsement and medical certifications (DOT) to operate a shuttle bus.   
  • A clean and safe driving record. 
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills. 
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Drivers work in a physically demanding environment. Able to lift 50 pounds or heavier, prolonged sitting and frequent standing are a normal part of the job.

Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and be available to customer for customer service related issues.
  • Have first rate etiquette and professionalism qualities.
  • Must be able to answer inquiries about all rates, services and promotions. 
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of customer luggage.
  • Knowledge of airline terminal locations to allow for expeditious drop off and pick-up.
  • Implementation and recognition of defensive/safe driving techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with other drivers and dispatchers to ensure effective fleet ops.
  • Compliance with federal, state and local agency regulations (DOT) in regard to the transport of passengers to/from the airport.
  • Accurately complete reports and forms related to shuttle operations.
  • Compliance with company rules, policies and standard operating procedures.
