We are looking for a professional and reliable CSA dispatcher to act as our company’s first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. In this position, you will oversee the maintaining call logs, monitoring routes, transferring messages, and directing field units. Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs. You will also provide customer service to our customers over the phone, in person, and using written communications. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service.
