We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable dispatcher to act as our company’s first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. In this position, you will be in charge of maintaining call logs, monitoring routes, transferring messages, and directing field units.

To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.

Shift includes evenings and must be willing to work weekends. 




  • HS Diploma preferred but not required.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to work in team environment.
  • Highest levels of integrity and honesty.

  • Communicate location of waiting customers to shuttle drivers and follow up to ensure waiting customers are picked up.
  • Communicate with cashiers as necessary to ensure express check out transactions are processed.
  • Greet and be available to customer for customer service related issues.
  • Must be able to answer inquiries about all rates, services and promotions.
  • Utilize etiquette and professionalism during all customer interactions.
  • Keeping strict accountability of key inventory.
  • Assist supervisors in reviewing reports and preparing vehicles for staging.
  • Accurately prepare and log necessary reports.
  • Maintaining clean and orderly workstations.
  • Compliance with company rules, policies and standard operating procedures.


**Dispatchers are responsible for accepting, releasing and securing the inventory of valet parked vehicle keys. In addition, the dispatcher is responsible for ensuring that our fleet of shuttles is effectively deployed to provide our customers with prompt and safe shuttle service.**
