Overview

We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly customer service agent/valet to join our growing team and provide top-notch service to our customers. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service. As a valet, your duties include greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, opening car doors, collecting keys, and giving customers their pick up ticket. You park vehicles safely and retrieve them when customers return.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid/Current Driver's License & Clean record.
  • Able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic functions in the application of revenue accounting and cash accounting.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and be available to customer for customer service related issues.
  • Possess positive customer service skills.
  • Must be able to answer inquiries about all rates, services and promotions. 
  • Utilize etiquette and professionalism during all customer interactions..
  • Accurately process revenue transactions and receive payment by cash or credit card.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers.
  • Accurate data entry of valet claim ticket data.
  • Compliance with company rules, policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Able to troubleshoot in a fast paced environment.
