Each employee plays a specific role in ensuring our success. The Regional Manager of Business Development and Corporate Partnerships is responsible for the addition of new high-volume corporate accounts; securing strategic parking partnerships, aid in the holistic revenue growth and success of the facility, growing lasting and positive relationships with existing and prospective partners, and implement WallyPark marketing strategies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years sales experience in the travel industry or the equivalent amount of sales experience in a related industry; OR, an equivalent combination of education and work experience. If you do not have a Bachelor’s Degree, then an Associate’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years sales experience in the travel industry or the equivalent amount of sales experience in a related industry will be required; OR, equivalent combination of education and work experience.



  • Reading: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and contracts.
  • Communication: Must be able to read, hear and speak English. Ability to exercise excellent communication, presentation, negotiating, critical thinking, and listening skills.
  • Math: Ability to use analytical skills for measuring the business potential of a new client and determining rates. Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Writing: Ability to write proposals, negotiate contracts, execute requests for proposals and respond to sales inquiries from potential customers.
  • Technical Skill: Highly proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Salesforce, Freshworks, or another CRM plus and/or willingness and capability to learn.
  • Customer Service Experience: Manages every interaction with care and respect, is coachable, has acute decision-making and problem resolution ability, and listens carefully and intently to provide customer satisfaction.
  • Physical: Works in normal office conditions with close proximity to others.
  • Licenses & Endorsements: Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.


Physical Demands:

Ability to carry marketing collateral, promotional items, and signage to events, conferences, meetings, and around WallyPark facilities. Prolonged sitting and frequent standing are a normal part of the job. Continuously requires vision, hearing, and talking.


Machines, Tools, Equipment and Work Aids: Computer and phone.


Environmental Factors:  Works in normal office conditions with close proximity to others. Possible seasonal exposure to extreme temperature and wetness and/or humidity, when traveling.


Non-Physical Demands:  Ability to adapt quickly, highly energetic, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to evaluate the business potential to recommend corporate proposals or a new business opportunity.
  • Negotiate and close contracts based on the client’s expected volume that meets criteria established within program guidelines.
  • Accurately prepare and submit Requests for Proposals.
  • Develop and work a multi-faceted sales plan, using a wide variety of methods including but not limited to; phone calls, outside sales calls, trade shows, attending community functions, telemarketing, e-mailing, mailings, referrals, social media, and internet prospecting.
  • Proactively engage and maintain close working relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and optimize the adoption of WallyPark programs to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Serve as the point of contact for existing and potential clients within the region.
  • Generate additional revenue by scouting out new business opportunities, partnerships, or corporate accounts.
  • Respond to client and customer requests, emails, calls, loyalty profile assistance, corporate discount assignments, and any other need.
  • Conduct competitive analysis within assigned region for both corporate and leisure travel.
  • Coordinate and participate in target market trade shows, on-site vendor visits, events, and trainings.
  • Be an active participant in local travel associations and other local groups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact lists and activities within our CRM.
  • Internally communicate client requests and feedback for program enhancements.
  • Maintaining expert-level product knowledge of our loyalty and corporate programs, booking tools, promotions, marketing strategies, and revenue control equipment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals within your region.
  • Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service.
  • Utilize etiquette and professionalism during interactions with customers and in the workplace.
  • Communicate and work effectively with general managers, supervisors, and drivers within your region to ensure effective execution of promotions and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Comply with company rules, policies, and standard operating procedures/company’s handbook.
