Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience with claims handling
  • Previous administrative support experience
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with General Managers (GM) regarding garage keepers liability claims.
  • Writes denial letters to claimants at the GM's request (Letter forms will be provided by Legal)
  • Obtains approval on GM's check requests from the CFO and gives same to Accounting
  • Logs in with the insurance claims for the shuttle accidents and personal injury 
  • Manages the flow of communication and documents with claimants, GM's, and gets involved as necessary
  • Provides support for preparation of small claims court cases with the help of Legal
  • Records and keeps accurate spreadsheets with all claims and all litigations
  • Monitors, log-ins, reviews the Succeed Platform for claims
  • Attention to detail
